Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his character on the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. From his early college days Meloni had a keen interest in acting. Then he studied at his home institution, the University of Colorado at Boulder. Although he worked on TV and film but his performances on small screens are what brought him much fame. He's been able easily play characters from both sides of the law, and captivate the viewers' attention. He was the role of a serial killer in his first television project and later played the role an NYPD detective. He's been nominated numerous times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards and the PRISM Awards for his tiny screen performances. He is famous for his blue piercing eyes that have been an iconic feature and have helped to in portraying tough characters with a sense of humor. People's magazine's 2006 list for Sexiest Men Alive included him.
